1. What aloha.fyi is

aloha.fyi is an AI-powered Hawaiʻi travel concierge that helps visitors discover, plan, and book experiences across the Hawaiian islands. We are a referral aggregator — when you book a tour, the transaction is processed by the operator (FareHarbor, the tour company directly, or another third-party booking platform), not by aloha.fyi.

2. AI-generated content

Our AI assistants (Nani, Liliʻuokalani, and others) generate recommendations, itineraries, and answers based on training data and live retrieval. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify pricing, availability, hours, and safety information directly with the operator before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated response.

3. Bookings, payments, and refunds

All bookings are handled by the operator. Pricing, availability, cancellation, refund, and dispute policies are set by the operator and listed on their booking page. aloha.fyi receives an affiliate commission on completed bookings made through our referral links — this does not change the price you pay.

For booking changes, cancellations, refunds, or operator complaints, contact the operator directly using the confirmation email you received after booking. We cannot process refunds.

4. Affiliate disclosure

aloha.fyi participates in affiliate programs including FareHarbor, Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, and others. Outbound booking links may include tracking parameters that pay us a commission when you complete a purchase. We disclose this on our privacy policy.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number on aloha.fyi or by texting our number, (808) 825-6421, you consent to receive text messages from aloha.fyi (ALOHAFYI LLC) about your trip and local offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use aloha.fyi to: scrape or systematically harvest content, abuse the AI assistants with automated traffic, attempt to extract API keys or operator data, or impersonate another person. We may rate-limit or block usage that we reasonably believe is harmful or abusive.

7. Disclaimers

aloha.fyi is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular trip. Activities in Hawaiʻi (hiking, snorkeling, surfing, helicopter tours, etc.) carry inherent risk — follow operator safety guidance and your own judgment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aloha.fyi and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, including missed flights, missed reservations, weather cancellations, or dissatisfaction with a booked experience.

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of aloha.fyi after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
